Hi, I’m Maggie! Welcome to my website!

I’m a recent MBA graduate from Baker University! I also earned my bachelor’s degree in mass communications with a public relations emphasis, and minoring in communication studies from Kansas State University.

I watch so much satire-based commentary, I’m convinced my future is hosting the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, but in the meantime I  perform stand up locally in Manhattan.

I have expertise in AP-style writing, editing, Adobe design software, HTML/CSS, basic Java, web design, and speak conversational Spanish and Italian.

If you’d like to talk to me about any of the above, send me a message at

Public Relations

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in public relations from Kansas State University. I was also involved in multiple on-campus public relations organizations and internship opportunities.

I worked as the feature writing intern for CECD, have contributed over 20 stories to the K-State Collegian, and created content for the Office of Assessment and Food Science Institute newsletter. I currently write stories for Baker University.

Graphic Design

I've designed various fliers and social media graphics for the Office of Assessment, Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society, PRSSA, Food Science Institute, US Inventor and Baker University.

In my computer science courses, I've learned the ins and outs of HTML and CSS. I'm also currently in the process of learning to program using Python and Java (for projects like this Tic Tac Toe game).

Business Management

I'm a graduate of Baker University's Master of Business Administration program, which is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. I took courses on managerial finance, accounting, data analytics, marketing and more. I completed the program with a 3.75 GPA.

Web Design

McCarthy O’Connor P.C. requested a new website that was clean, professional and functional. I first migrated their site to WordPress, then designed them a single scroll site with a clear theme and direction.

Data Analytics

In the Office of Assessment, I worked to disseminate the data we receive and communicate it to students and faculty in a method all can understand. I currently utilize data analytics to improve our social media outreach at Baker University.

I worked as a student researcher for the College of Arts & Sciences Undergraduate Research Program, researching social media trends in presidential candidates.

I was a member of the Snyder Leadership Legacy Fellows Class of 2016. I also spent two years as a Learning Assistant for K-State First, assisting and teaching first-year students in a residential program setting.

Social Media

I was part of the #KStateSocial Student Social Media team. I also managed the social media accounts for Lambda Pi Eta, the Office of Assessment, Food Science Institute, the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance and Manhattan Arts Center. I now manage the graduate school accounts for Baker University.
